Sales Engineer (Vacuum Pumps)

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and growing sales for our Vacuum Pumps product range, achieving sales targets, and supporting business growth. He/She will work closely with customers to understand their application requirements, recommend suitable solutions, and provide technical and after-sales support.

Key responsibilities include:

• Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers while identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
• Identify customer requirements and recommend suitable vacuum pump solutions.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales reports.
• Follow up on sales opportunities and customer enquiries.
• Coordinate and support after-sales service activities.
• Conduct product presentations and technical discussions with customers.
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.

Job requirements:

• Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• 1 to 2 years of experience in the engineering field.
• Experience in after-sales service will be an added advantage.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Possess a valid Class 3 driving licence.
