Engineering Technician - (Semiconductor)

* 12 hours rotating shift, 3443, 7.30am - 7.30pm/7.30pm - 7.30am
* Location: Bedok
* 6 months contract job and renewable/convertible based on performance

Our client is a Semiconductor testing services to Major Semicon related MNCs. Our client is also one of the Top Ten Semiconductor in globally.

About the role

Assisting engineering teams in setting up the test equipment for engineering and production. Manage all Test & Backend Equipment sustaining i.e. Bench, ATE, Handlers, Thermostream, ICOS, Laser Mark, etc. Prepare Test hardware for remote testing, ability to load and do sanity check on test program.

Key responsibilities

• Manage all Test & Backend Equipment sustaining i.e. Bench, ATE, Handlers, Thermostream, ICOS, Laser Mark, etc.

• Perform Test program correlations and reject verifications

• Prepare Test hardware for remote testing, ability to load and do sanity check on test program

• Carry out characterization on or sample screening based on internal team request

About you

• Diploma in Electronic, Electrical, Mechatronic, IT, Biochemical, Mechanical, Computer or Architecture Engineering

• Higher Nitec/Nitec in Electronics, Electrical, Mechatronic, IT, Biochemical, Mechanical, Computer or Architecture

• Experience in HTOL support

• Experience with ATE Tester

• Hands on experience with Handlers, Probers, Thermostream test equipment or bench test equipment

• Experience in working at production/engineering semiconductor test facilities

• Ability to use Microsoft Words, Excel and PowerPoint

• Flexible shift in 3-4-4-3 pattern or normal office working hrs pattern; will need to be flexible to work in staggered or night shifts as required by business needs
