💼 What You’ll Do

• Welcome and assist Wealth clients with their banking and digital needs

• Guide clients in using mobile banking, online banking, ATMs and other digital services

• Explain digital banking features and cashless payment solutions in a clear and friendly manner

• Troubleshoot basic digital banking issues and escalate complex cases when required

• Understand clients’ needs and recommend suitable digital solutions

• Provide a high-touch and professional client experience

• Build positive relationships with clients and handle enquiries confidently

• Gather client feedback and support continuous service improvement

• Refer suitable banking opportunities to the relevant specialists

• Stay updated on banking products, services and digital platform enhancements
