💼 Finance Assistant Opportunity

Looking for a Finance Assistant to support the finance team with day-to-day accounting operations, financial reporting and reconciliation activities.

This is a good opportunity for candidates with hands-on accounting experience who are comfortable working with full sets of accounts and want exposure within a corporate environment.

📊 What You'll Be Doing

• Handle full sets of accounts and day-to-day accounting / bookkeeping activities

• Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial & management reports

• Perform bank reconciliations, balance sheet schedules and account reconciliations

• Verify and process billings, receipts and collections

• Verify and process invoices and payments, ensuring proper documentation and approvals

• Maintain accurate accounting records and ensure compliance with internal controls and company policies

• Support other finance and accounting activities as required
