Guest Experience Ambassador | $4,000 | Permanent | Banking / VIP Client Experience

📍 Location: MBFC
🏢 May need to travel to other DBS locations in Changi / Jurong for audits occasionally (approximately once or twice a month)
💰 Salary: $4,000/month
📄 Permanent Position
🕘 Shift Hours:
• 8.00am–5.30pm
• 8.30am–6.00pm

Guest Experience

• Meet and greet visitors and escort them to the appropriate meeting rooms

• Deliver a professional welcome and explain meeting room facilities, amenities and safety procedures

• Provide directions and information on office facilities and nearby CBD amenities

• Attend to enquiries from staff, visitors and courier services

VIP & Executive Services

• Offer and arrange beverages for management and external guests

• Support VIP meetings, executive events and conference sessions

• Coordinate with vendors and caterers during VIP / executive events

• Assist with executive meeting room bookings and taxi arrangements

• Maintain emergency guest amenities such as umbrellas, stationery and first-aid items

Meeting Room Management

• Ensure meeting rooms are properly set up and meet required standards

• Oversee room reconfiguration and coordinate stewardess / technician schedules

• Monitor room bookings and follow up with users before meetings

• Manage no-show rooms and send reminders on meeting room guidelines

• Handle meeting room enquiries via phone, email and Teams

• Prepare weekly schedules and operational reports

🏨 Hospitality & Service Excellence

• Monitor floral arrangements, room presentation and facility issues

• Receive and follow up on guest and staff feedback

• Maintain a high standard of professionalism and service throughout the guest journey
