Job Scope:
• Manage end-to-end customer orders from PO to delivery and invoicing
• Process sales orders and contracts in SAP
• Coordinate with Sales, Supply Chain, Logistics and Finance teams
• Monitor deliveries, stock allocation and shipment status
• Handle customer enquiries, complaints and service recovery
• Support order documentation, credit/debit memos and customer follow-up
Requirements:
• Min Degree/Diploma in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics or related field
• Min. 5 years of Customer Care / Order Fulfillment experience
• Strong hands-on order processing experience
• Import/export knowledge will be advantageous
• SAP experience preferred
