• Working hours: 8am – 5:15pm (Monday - Friday)

Job Scope

• Coordinate with customers and logistics partners via email or phone regarding order requirements and shipment arrangements.
• Prepare, verify, and maintain shipping documents such as invoices, packing lists, delivery orders, and other related documentation.
• Ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods by coordinating with customers, warehouse, and logistics service providers.
• Schedule and coordinate deliveries, and transportation activities to meet customer requirements.
• Perform Daily 5S activities to ensure a clean, organized, and efficient work environment.
• Work effectively under pressure to meet operational deadlines and customer expectations.
• Perform any other duties assigned by the immediate superior.

Requirement

• GCE O Level / NITEC Diploma in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management or other relevant discipline
• 1 – 3 years of relevant work experience in order processing and customer service role
