The Role

We're a small Singapore fintech company looking for a reliable, organised person to help with daily admin and outreach support. This is a work-from-home role working directly with the founder. There are no sales targets and no cold-calling — just a clear, steady routine you'll be fully trained on. No prior experience needed.

What You'll Do

You'll keep our contact lists organised in Excel/Google Sheets, send messages and follow-ups using ready-made templates, track who has replied, and help schedule meetings into the founder's calendar. When someone replies with a real question, you simply pass it to the founder — you're not expected to answer for the business. It's straightforward, process-driven work that suits someone careful and organised.

Who We're Looking For

• Singapore Citizen or Permanent Resident (required)
• Organised, careful, and reliable — this matters more than experience
• Comfortable with Excel or Google Sheets (basic level is fine)
• Good written English
• Able to work independently from home and follow a clear routine

Fresh graduates, career-switchers, and those returning to work are all welcome.
