Job Description

• Position Title: Airport Ticketing & Reservation Executive
• Working Location: Beach Road
• Working Hours: 5 days (Shift rotation, including night shifts)
• Salary Package: Basic salary up to $3,100 + Variable bonus
• Duration: Permanent Role

Key Responsibilities

• Manage customer bookings and walk-in enquiries, handling the full ticketing process accurately and providing good customer service.
• Process reservations, confirmations, amendments, cancellations, mileage redemptions, ticket issuance, schedule changes, re-bookings, and ticket re-issuance.
• Respond promptly and professionally to enquiries from passengers, travel agents, corporate clients, and BSPs by phone and email.
• Update and maintain customer profiles and frequent flyer accounts to ensure information is accurate.
• Share current promotions and assist customers with programme information, materials, and forms.
• Handle customer feedback and complaints by coordinating with relevant support teams for timely resolution.
• Support planning activities, including needs analysis and budget input, to improve business and operational performance.
• Identify potential business opportunities and sales leads during team discussions.
• Coordinate ticket handling and event-related logistics to support smooth operations.
• Keep updated on market trends, airline requirements, and industry developments.
• Perform other duties assigned by management to support daily operations and the Quality Management System.

• Proficient in air ticketing and Global Distribution Systems (GDS), particularly Amadeus.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in reservations and ticketing, with good knowledge of airfares and airline systems.
• Able to work independently, remain patient, and perform effectively in a fast-paced customer service environment.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills to work effectively with customers and team members.
• Knowledge of the Sabre system will be an advantage.
