Accounting Assistant (Law Firm)

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day accounting transactions, including expense record and funds reconciliation.
• Assist in bookkeeping , ledger entries and prepare financial statement / financial data.
• Assist in GST submissions, tax filings, and statutory reporting in compliance with IRAS and ACRA regulations.
• Maintain confidentiality and ensure compliance with the Legal Profession Act and firm policies.

Requirements

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in accounting.
• Attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and ability to meet deadlines.
• Ability to handle confidential financial data with professionalism and discretion.
