Corporate Event Executive

JOB SCOPE

1) Sales, marketing, coordination and operation of corporate event.
2) Monitor event activities to ensure compliance with applicable regulations and
laws, satisfaction of participants, and resolution of any problems that arise.
3) Inspect event facilities to ensure that they conform to customer requirement.
4) Coordinate services for events, such as accommodation and transportation for
participants, facilities, catering, signage, displays, special needs requirements,
printing and event security.
5) Arrange the availability of audio-visual equipment, transportation, displays,
and other event needs.
6) Plan and develop programs, agendas, budgets, and service according to
customer requirement.

Job requirement

1) Education- minimum requirement – Diploma holder
2) Experienced in relevant working field-At least 1 year
3) Proficient in computer knowledge
4) Ability to work in a fast paced environment and provide alternative
solutions in short notice
5) Strong analytical & troubleshooting skills
6) Responsible and meticulous team player
7) Excellent interpersonal & communication skills
8) Able to work independently
9) Willing to work weekends
