Video Cameraman

We are looking for a Video Cameraman / Videographer to help us create high-quality, engaging video content around trading, technology, AI, startup life, events, and our growing community.

You will work closely with the founders, marketing team, and content creators to capture everything from short-form social content to interviews, events, office footage, product launches, and longer-form videos.

Responsibilities

• Film high-quality video content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other social platforms
• Shoot founder-led content, interviews, podcasts, trading discussions, tutorials, and behind-the-scenes footage
• Capture company events, networking sessions, competitions, conferences, and community activities
• Set up cameras, lighting, microphones, and basic production equipment
• Plan camera angles, framing, lighting, and shot composition
• Work with the content and marketing team to turn ideas into visually engaging videos
• Capture B-roll and supporting footage for ongoing content production
• Organize and manage video files and footage after shoots
• Assist with basic video editing, color correction, and audio cleanup where required
• Help develop a consistent visual style for the company and its brands
• Stay updated on social media video trends, filming techniques, and content formats

What We’re Looking For

• Strong understanding of camera operation, lighting, framing, and composition
• Experience shooting social media, commercial, event, interview, or documentary-style content
• Comfortable filming people in fast-moving and unscripted environments
• Good visual instincts and attention to detail
• Able to work independently without requiring heavy direction
• Familiarity with mirrorless/DSLR cameras, microphones, gimbals, lighting equipment, etc.
• Basic editing skills in Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, or similar software are a plus
• Interest in finance, trading, AI, technology, startups, or entrepreneurship is a strong advantage
