The Role

We're looking for a driven Sales Executive to grow our client base among Singapore SMEs across our three core pillars:

• Website & eCommerce Services — Corporate/eCommerce website design and development
• Software & AI — custom software, web/mobile apps, ERP/CRM systems, and Agentic AI solutions
• Digital Marketing Services — offered through our sister company, covering social media growth and content strategy

You'll own the full sales cycle — from prospecting and qualifying SME leads to pitching, proposing, and closing.

Mid-career switchers welcome. If you have solid B2B sales experience from another industry and are looking to move into tech/digital services, we're happy to bring you up to speed on our products and the grant landscape.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and prospect SME clients across target industries, generating qualified leads through outbound outreach, referrals, and networking
• Understand each client's operational needs and recommend the right mix of services across website, software/AI, and digital marketing
• Prepare and deliver tailored proposals and pitch decks, including relevant grant breakdowns.
• Manage the sales pipeline from first contact to closing, using CRM tools to track progress
• Collaborate with the tech and design teams to scope client requirements accurately
• Coordinate with our sister company for cross-referrals on digital marketing opportunities
• Build long-term client relationships to support upsells and renewals
• Stay current on SME grant schemes, digital transformation trends, and competitor offerings
• Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets

Requirements

• Proven B2B sales experience (any industry) — mid-career switchers from other B2B sales backgrounds are strongly encouraged to apply
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills; comfortable pitching to SME owners/decision-makers
• Basic understanding of websites, software, or digital marketing concepts (training provided)
• Willingness to learn SME grant schemes quickly
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable with a consultative sales approach
• Proficiency with CRM/sales tools is a plus
