Production Operator (Basic $2500)

Salary: $2,300 – $2,500 Basic + Allowances
Location: Tuas
Working Days: Monday to Friday
Shift: Rotating Shift

Working Hours

• Morning Shift: 7:45am – 5:30pm
• Afternoon Shift: 4:15pm – 2:00am
• Shift rotation every 2 weeks

Salary & Allowances

• Basic Salary: $2,300 – $2,500/month
• Meal Allowance: $3/day
• OT Meal Allowance: Additional $3/day when working OT
• Attendance Allowance: $100/month
• Afternoon Shift Allowance: +$12/day
• Transport provided to send workers home after the afternoon shift

Job Responsibilities

• Operate and assist with production activities according to work procedures.
• Handle and move plastic drums within the workplace.
• Maximum item weight is 17.5kg. No heavy lifting required — plastic drums are moved by rolling.
• Ensure production materials are handled safely and efficiently.
• Follow workplace safety procedures and maintain a clean and organised work area.
• Perform other production-related duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Comfortable working with plastic drums and performing work involving rolling/moving items.
• Able to work rotating shifts and OT when required.
• Responsible, safety-conscious and willing to learn.
