IT Executive (West)

Job description:

• Providing end-user IT support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and system-related issues.
• Administering and supporting Microsoft 365 applications, including Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive.
• Maintaining IT infrastructure, network connectivity, and related systems to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
• Managing user accounts, access permissions, and device provisioning and deployment.
• Supporting and maintaining Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central ERP and Odoo CRM systems.
• Managing IT assets, software inventories, licences, and technical documentation.
• Assisting with cybersecurity initiatives, IT governance, and compliance with organisational policies.
• Supporting the adoption and effective use of AI productivity tools such as Microsoft Copilot and ChatGPT.
• Identifying, recommending, and implementing technology improvements and digitalisation initiatives to enhance business efficiency.
• Coordinating with external vendors for hardware procurement, equipment repairs, maintenance, and warranty claims.
• Providing after-hours or weekend support when required during system implementations, upgrades, maintenance activities, or emergency situations.
• Responding promptly to critical IT incidents, taking ownership of issue resolution, and restoring services with minimal disruption to business operations.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related discipline
• 1–3 years of relevant IT experience
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
• Experience supporting Microsoft 365 environments
• Basic understanding of networking and infrastructure
• Interest in AI, automation and emerging technologies
• Ability to work independently while functioning effectively within a small team
• Exposure to Microsoft Dynamics Business Central, Odoo CRM, Power Automate, Intune or cybersecurity tools would be advantageous
