Job Summary

Lead architectural project supervision by coordinating drawings, managing materials and schedules, ensuring quality and safety compliance, and collaborating with clients, consultants, and subcontractors to deliver timely, high-standard construction outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Review, prepare, coordinate, and resolve project specifications and technical issues with clients, consultants, project teams, and subcontractors
• Coordinate architectural drawings by preparing, submitting, and updating shop drawings to meet project requirements
• Manage material requisitions, schedule work activities, control costs, supervise projects, and document progress to ensure timely and smooth completion
• Monitor and enforce quality standards and compliance with safety regulations on site
• Supervise on-site activities and coordinate effectively with subcontractors to maintain workflow and resolve issues

Required competencies and certifications

• Degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience supervising architectural works

• Ability to lead teams and work independently
• Strong communication skills to interact effectively with all organizational levels and foster teamwork
