🩺 WE ARE HIRING – STAFF NURSE

CareHome Nursing Pte Ltd is looking for a dedicated and competent Staff Nurse to join our healthcare team.

💰 Salary

Basic Salary: S$3,000 – S$6,000/month
Salary will be commensurate with qualifications, relevant experience, competencies and skills.

📌 Key Responsibilities

• Provide safe and professional nursing care to patients.
• Conduct patient assessments and monitor patients’ conditions.
• Perform nursing procedures and treatments according to patients’ care plans.
• Perform IV cannulation and other relevant nursing procedures.
• Administer medications safely and accurately.
• Perform wound care, injections, blood taking and other nursing procedures as required.
• Recognise changes in patients’ conditions and escalate appropriately.
• Apply critical thinking and clinical judgement in patient assessment and care.
• Educate patients and caregivers on appropriate care and health management.
• Maintain accurate nursing documentation and patient records.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, doctors and other healthcare professionals.
• Provide home nursing services where required.
• Comply with nursing standards, company SOPs and relevant healthcare requirements.

🎯 Requirements

• Registered Nurse with a valid Singapore Nursing Board (SNB) practising certificate.
• Competent in IV cannulation and relevant nursing procedures.
• Strong critical thinking and clinical decision-making skills.
• Good patient assessment and communication skills.
• Responsible, compassionate and patient-centred.
• Able to work independently and as part of a healthcare team.
• Good documentation and organisational skills.
• Previous experience in home nursing, acute care, community care or eldercare will be an advantage.
• Candidates who require further training in specific competencies may also be considered, subject to suitability and training requirements.
