Site Quantity Surveyor (Changi Airport Project) ID6006
Salary: $3,600 – $4,500
Location: Changi Airport, Singapore
Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:30am – 5:30pm
Job Responsibilities
-Perform quantity take-off for project works
-Source, evaluate, and compare quotations; assist in negotiation with subcontractors and suppliers
-Reconcile contract quantities against subcontractor and supplier claims
-Measure, assess, and price variation works
-Prepare periodic progress valuations and certifications
-Review and verify progress claims submitted by subcontractors
-Study site instructions and advise Project Manager on cost and time implications
-Monitor project expenditure and provide financial status updates to Project Manager
-Assist in final account closing and settlement
