Part-Time Visitor Experience Executive

This is a 3-months contract role (October 2026 to December 2026)

Location: North Singapore, Senoko Way

Contract Duration: 3 Months (Part-Time)

Work Schedule: 5-days work week, 8:30am to 6pm

Additional Requirement: May be required to work on weekends and public holidays based on tour schedules.

About the Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-oriented Factory Tour Executive to join our team on a 3-month contract basis. This role is responsible for delivering engaging factory tours, conducting hands-on product-making sessions, and sharing our company's heritage, history, and product expertise with visitors.

The ideal candidate enjoys interacting with people, has strong communication skills, and is passionate about creating memorable visitor experiences while ensuring smooth tour operations.

Key Responsibilities

Factory Tour & Visitor Experience

• Host and conduct factory tours for visitors, schools, corporate groups, and members of the public.
• Deliver engaging presentations on the company's history, heritage, milestones, products, and current business.
• Guide visitors through the manufacturing process and explain product features and benefits.
• Facilitate hands-on product-making workshops and demonstrations.

Tour Operations & Coordination

• Ensure all equipment, materials, ingredients, and workshop supplies are adequately stocked and prepared before each session.
• Set up and maintain tour and workshop areas to ensure cleanliness, safety, and operational readiness.
• Coordinate with Production, Operations, Quality Assurance, Customer Service, and other departments to ensure the smooth execution of tours.
• Monitor visitor flow and manage tour schedules efficiently.

Marketing & Promotion Support

• Work closely with the Marketing team to promote factory tours, workshops, and visitor programs.
• Assist in gathering visitor feedback, testimonials, photos, and content for marketing purposes.
• Support marketing campaigns, events, and special promotional activities related to factory tours.

Customer Service & Administration

• Handle tour-related enquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels.
• Manage tour bookings and visitor registrations.
• Provide excellent customer service and address visitor questions professionally.
• Prepare basic tour reports and attendance records as required.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Food Science, Marketing, Hospitality, Tourism, Communications, or related disciplines preferred.
• Relevant experience in customer service, event coordination, education, tourism, hospitality, marketing, or visitor engagement is an advantage.
• Fresh graduates and candidates without direct experience are welcome to apply.
• Strong presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable speaking to groups of various sizes and backgrounds.
• Energetic, organized, and detail-oriented.
• Able to work independently and collaboratively with different departments.
• Willing to work weekends when required.
