Welding supervisor

Job Responsibilities:

​Supervise, schedule, and coordinate daily welding and fabrication operations on site.

​Ensure all welding works comply with safety standards, project specifications, and quality controls.

​Inspect completed welds, joint preparations, and structural assembly works.

​Manage and guide welders, fitters, and site workers to ensure productivity and safety.

​Prepare site progress reports, material requests, and coordinate with site engineers.

​Requirements:

​Relevant experience in welding supervision, structural fabrication, or piping works.

​Good knowledge of welding processes, safety regulations, and quality inspection standards.

​Strong leadership, communication, and site management skills.

​Ability to read and interpret technical engineering drawings.
