F&B Executive

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

1 . Food & Beverage Preparation

• Prepare ingredients according to company standards and hygiene guidelines.

• Maintain consistency in taste and presentation.

2. Customer Service

• Provide friendly and efficient service to customers.

• Guide customer to order via Self-Kiosk Machine, serve food and drinks, and recommend menu items and promotions.

3. Daily Operations

• Handle cashiering, opening/closing of the stall, and basic stock-taking.

• Ensure the outlet is ready for service and close down properly at the end of the day.

4. Housekeeping & Hygiene

• Keep workstations and equipment clean and sanitized.

• Follow food safety and hygiene standards at all times.

5. Team Support & Admin Tasks

• Assist in guiding junior team members or part-timers during shifts.

• Help with staff scheduling, training, and daily sales reporting.

• Support in inventory checks, simple admin follow-ups, and improvement suggestions.

• Report any operational issues and ensure SOPs are followed.

6. Professional Conduct

• Carry out all responsibilities with diligence, integrity, and teamwork.
