Job Summary

You will manage core accounting functions to ensure accuratefinancial records and compliance, collaborating with internal teams and external counterparties to support effective financial operations and businessgrowth.

Responsibilities

Accounting Support: Assist with data entry for invoices,payments, and financial transactions, ensuring accuracy and compliance.

Manage Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), andGeneral Ledger (GL) & employee claim to ensure timely and accuratefinancial transactions

Maintain accurate and up-to-date accounting records tosupport financial reporting and audit readiness

Implement proper document control by checking and filingfinancial records to ensure compliance and easy retrieval

Communication & Correspondence: Handle internal andexternal inquiries related to financial matters professionally and efficiently.

Collaborate with relevant departments to coordinate financeand accounting matters, facilitating smooth operational workflows

Execute additional finance-related duties as assigned bymanagement to support organizational objectives

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Minimum 2 years of relevant accounting experience
• Knowledge of accounting software
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Able to start work immediately or within short notice is preferred
