Job Summary

The Retail Sales Associate/Senior Sales Associate provides excellent customer service to close sales at retail counters by greeting customers, answering calls, and recommending products based on needs. The Senior Sales Associate also guides junior staff in daily operations.

Responsibilities

• Greet and attend to walk-in customers and respond to phone inquiries to support sales
• Recommend and display products that align with customers’ needs and preferences to enhance purchase decisions
• Promote products actively to increase sales and ensure high customer satisfaction levels
• Maintain a clean and organized retail environment to create a welcoming shopping experience
• Guide and support junior staff in daily retail operations to ensure smooth workflow and teamwork

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Prior retail sales experience is a plus
• Willingness to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays
