Senior Manager, Central Leasing, Retail

Job Summary

You will be part of the Central Leasing team in Frasers Property Singapore’s Retail business unit. You will be responsible for formulating leasing strategies for the retail properties, leveraging on your extensive networks to identify new market segments and trends to secure new tenancies.

Job Description

• Develop and implement leasing strategy and tenant mix for retail properties 
• Obtain up-to-date market intelligence and latest trends on rentals and retail scenes 
• Identify and evaluate prospective tenants and market segments for the properties 
• Capitalise on and cross-sell business opportunities to secure new tenancies for the retail portfolio 
• Liaise with solicitors for audit review of tenancy terms and conditions, including collaboration with lease administration teams  
• Any other task as assigned by immediate supervisor/management

Key Qualification

• Degree in Business, Marketing or Real Estate Management 
• Real Estate Sales Person certification by CEA 
• Minimum 8 years experience in retail mall leasing  
• Extensive network of contacts, and keen understanding of the Singapore retail landscape 
• Proactive, results-driven, analytical, resourceful and service-oriented 
• Strong planning, problem solving and decision making-skills 
• Excellent presentation, interpersonal, negotiation and communication (both verbal & written) skills 
• Able to work independently and under pressure
