Mechanical Engineer – Green Building & Sustainability

building, energy efficiency, and low-carbon solutions to join our growing team.

�� About the Role

As a Mechanical Engineer at GreenA, you will design and optimize building systems that support high-

performance, low-impact built environments. You will collaborate with our sustainability experts and project

partners to deliver solutions that align with GreenA’s commitment to resilient, efficient, and future-ready

buildings.

�� Key Responsibilities

 Design sustainable HVAC and energy system for new and existing buildings

 Perform energy analysis / audit , load calculations, and system performance modeling

 Support sustainability certifications (e.g., Green Mark, LEED, WELL) and environmental compliance

 Evaluate low-carbon technologies and high-efficiency system strategies

 Prepare engineering reports, specifications, and drawing packages

 Work closely with multidisciplinary project teams from concept to commissioning

 Conduct site assessments, inspections, and verification for system performance

�� Requirements

 Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline

 2–5+ years of experience in mechanical building services or sustainable design

 Strong understanding of HVAC fundamentals and building energy performance

 Experience with Revit, AutoCAD, IES, EnergyPlus, or similar tools

 Passionate about sustainability and decarbonization

 Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills

�� Preferred Experience

 Experience with different green building tools , EDGE , LEED, or equivalent certifications

 Knowledge of embodied carbon, lifecycle assessment, or net-zero strategies
