Civil & Structural Drafter

Job Scopes:

• Prepare and revise shop drawings, construction drawings, and as-built drawings.
• Produce detailed CAD/BIM drawings based on engineers’ and architects’ requirements.
• Coordinate drawings with architectural, structural, M&E, and utility services.
• Ensure drawings comply with PUB standards, project specifications, and authority requirements.
• Liaise with project engineers, site supervisors, consultants, and subcontractors for drawing coordination.
• Update drawings according to site changes and consultant comments.
• Maintain proper drawing records, revisions, and document control.
• Assist in submission drawings for approval.
• Support BIM coordination and clash detection where applicable.
• Attend coordination meetings when required.

Requirements (Qualification & Experience):

• Diploma / ITE in Drafting, Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
• Proficient in:
  - AutoCAD
  - Revit/BIM software
  - Navisworks (advantage)
  - Microsoft Office
• Experience in PUB infrastructure projects preferred.
• Knowledge of Singapore construction standards and authority submission requirements.
• Able to read construction and technical drawings independently.
• Good coordination and communication skills.
