Overview:
As a Business Operations Executive, you will serve as a strategic partner to the Head of Department (HOD), supporting the development of a high-performing SMB team. We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented individual to manage day-to-day operations, track performance metrics, and coordinate key initiatives. You will play a central role in ensuring smooth communication, timely execution, and operational efficiency across the department.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the HOD in tracking and managing departmental KPIs and performance metrics.
- Act as a central liaison between the HOD and cross-functional teams, ensuring clear communication and effective coordination of initiatives.
- Monitor timelines, follow up on action items, and ensure projects and tasks are completed on schedule.
- Conduct basic data analysis to support reporting, performance reviews, and operational planning.
- Prepare high-quality reports, presentation slides, and meeting summaries for internal use.
- Drive process improvements and contribute to the streamlining of business operations.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Provide administrative support to the HOD and assist with departmental logistics.
- Perform general administrative and ad-hoc tasks as assigned by management.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in business operations, administrative support, or a related field.
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related discipline.
- Strong organizational, communication, and coordination skills.
- Analytical mindset with working knowledge of Excel and basic reporting tools.
- Proactive, resourceful, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- High level of integrity and discretion in handling sensitive matters.
