Job Summary

Support marketing and administrative functions to drive retailer marketing initiatives and manage digital platforms, contributing to business growth and customer engagement.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to streamline office operations and enhance team productivity
• Develop and implement marketing plans for retailers to increase market reach and customer engagement
• Analyze customer needs and market trends to inform marketing strategies and business decisions
• Manage the company’s social media and online platforms to boost brand presence and audience interaction
• Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned to support business needs and team objectives

Required competencies and certifications

• Diploma in Marketing or equivalent qualification
• Minimum 1 year of experience in marketing and administrative roles

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Proficient in Adobe Photoshop to create and edit marketing materials
• Skilled in Microsoft Office to prepare reports and presentations
• Strong interpersonal communication skills to collaborate effectively with stakeholders
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
