Salary: $3,000 – $4,000
Working Hours: Mon – Fri 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM

Job Responsibilities
• Assist in the setup, testing, and rollout of the Oracle NetSuite accounting system.
• Provide user support and assist with training for office and project site personnel.
• Prepare and communicate system updates, process improvements, and user guidance.
• Support finance system enhancement initiatives, including banking integrations, InvoiceNow implementation, and other system-related projects.
• Liaise with software vendors, IT personnel, and internal users to resolve system-related issues.
• Verify and process supplier and subcontractor invoices accurately and on time.
• Review petty cash claims and staff reimbursement submissions.
• Verify payment supporting documents and process payment batches according to company procedures.
• Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for Management and Japan Head Office.
• Support annual audits, GST audits, and income tax reporting.
• Assist in customizing financial reports to meet Japan Head Office reporting requirements and local statutory standards.
• Perform other accounting and administrative duties as assigned.
