Chef de Partie (Korean Cuisine)

Monthly Salary: UP to $3,500 (Negotiable)
Working Address: Kim Yam Road
Working Hours: 5 day work week | 10am - 10.30pm with 1 hour lunch break.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards.

• Manage assigned kitchen section and ensure smooth daily operations.

• Assist with food preparation, plating, and service during operating hours.

• Maintain high standards of food hygiene, cleanliness, and kitchen safety.

• Monitor food quality, stock levels, and minimise wastage.

• Ensure proper storage, handling, and rotation of ingredients.

• Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure timely food preparation and service.

• Assist with receiving and checking deliveries when required.

• Support junior kitchen staff and contribute to a positive team environment.

• Carry out any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
  

Qualification and Requirements

• Previous experience as a Chef de Partie, Demi Chef, or in a similar kitchen role.

• Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.

• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

• Strong teamwork and communication skills.

• Passion for food preparation and maintaining high culinary standards.

• Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
