Regional Business Development Manager (Southeast Asia)

About our client: Our client is a Singapore-based interior architecture and engineering company that specializes in Interior Design & Commercial Renovation.

About the role:

We are looking for a senior BD person to grow our business across Singapore, Malaysia, and Southeast Asia. The role will focus on developing new clients, securing projects, managing key accounts, and working closely with the design and project teams to convert opportunities into successful project deliveries.

• Develop and execute regional business development plans.
• Build and expand industry networks to generate new opportunities.
• Handle client presentations, tenders, and commercial negotiations.
• Secure projects with good pricing, payment terms, and margins.
• Manage sales pipeline and maintain long-term client relationships.
• Work with internal teams to ensure smooth project handovers.

About you:

• 3–5 years of B2B project sales / BD experience in interior fit-out, design & build, or construction.
• Good understanding of fit-out projects, materials, costing, and tender processes.
• Strong network within retail, F&B, or commercial fit-out sectors.
• Able to engage senior stakeholders and close projects.
• Strong negotiation and commercial skills.
• Willing to travel regionally when required.
