Logistics Assistant (Customer service) (Up to $3300 / Changi)

Job Title: Logistics assistant (Customer service) (ID3589)
Location: Changi
Working Hours: Mon-Fri 8:30am to 5:30pm ,Sat 8:30am-12:30pm(every Sat is WFH)
Salary： $2800-$3300

Key Responsibilities
1. Attend to customer enquiries and ensure accurate capture of job requirements for all orders.
2. Maintain good working relationship with customers.
3. Advise customers on delivery schedules and inventory-related matters.
4. Communicate customer requirements to the Traffic Controller to ensure smooth job execution.
5. Create trucking jobs and monitor their progress to ensure deadlines are met.
6. Source potential hauliers to facilitate the efficient reuse of import containers.
7. Provide timely updates to customers regarding shipment status and any delays.
8. Provide after-hours support for customer enquiries when required.
9. Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Operations Manager.
