Service Staff / Management Trainee

Monthly Salary: UP to $3200 (Negotiable)

Working Address: Novena

Working Hours: 6 Days Work Week

Split shift from 10AM to 10PM

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Handle cashiering duties, including taking customer orders and processing orders from delivery platforms

• Support daily shop operations to ensure smooth workflow

• Prepare condiments in accordance with standard operating procedures (SOPs)

• Carry out housekeeping duties, including sweeping, mopping, washing, and general cleaning

• Maintain a clean, hygienic, and orderly workplace at all times

• Perform opening and closing duties as assigned

• Attend to customer enquiries and provide assistance where required

• Deliver attentive and courteous customer service

• Work collaboratively with team members and maintain a positive working attitude
  

Candidates with relevant experience and educational background may be considered for a Management Trainee position.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma holders preferred for Management Trainee position

• Service-oriented with a positive and proactive attitude

• Able to work effectively as part of a team
