Our client are looking for next team members to join their growing team:

Responsibilities

• Prepare and submit tenders, quotations, and cost estimates.
• Review contracts, purchase orders, and subcontract agreements.
• Prepare variation orders, monthly progress claims, and payment follow-ups.
• Support procurement by evaluating supplier and subcontractor quotations.
• Maintain project cost records and provide commercial support to project teams.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Able to communicate in English and Mandarin (spoken and written) to liaise with Mandarin-speaking clients and stakeholders.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to work independently.

Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM; Alternate Saturday, 8:30 AM – 11:30 AM
