You will lead and manage civil and structural engineering projects, ensuring high standards of quality, safety, and productivity while collaborating effectively with clients, consultants, and subcontractors.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, coordination, and supervision of civil and structural engineering projects to achieve timely and quality deliverables
• Manage project execution by collaborating with clients, consultants, and subcontractors to align expectations and resolve issues
• Implement and monitor safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment throughout project lifecycles
• Drive productivity improvements by overseeing work processes and ensuring adherence to project schedules and standards

Required competencies and certifications

• Hold a degree in Civil or Structural Engineering recognized by the Professional Engineers Board
• Demonstrate a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience as a project engineer in civil and structural engineering, preferably in CE infrastructural or LTA projects
