Job Description

We are seeking a Client Migration Specialist to support customer migration and onboarding activities for a leading global banking client. This role is responsible for coordinating end-to-end client migration activities, ensuring a seamless onboarding experience, and working closely with internal stakeholders to deliver migration projects successfully.

The ideal candidate will have prior experience supporting banking projects, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple client engagements in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate end-to-end client migration and onboarding activities.

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the migration lifecycle.

  • Partner with internal stakeholders to ensure migration milestones are completed within agreed timelines.

  • Review and validate client documentation, account information, and onboarding requirements.

  • Monitor migration progress and provide timely status updates to clients and project stakeholders.

  • Handle client enquiries, resolve operational issues, and escalate risks where necessary.

  • Ensure compliance with banking policies, internal procedures, and regulatory requirements.

  • Support post-migration activities to ensure successful client adoption.

  • Maintain accurate migration records and documentation.

  • Contribute to continuous process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and client experience.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Business, Finance, Banking, or a related discipline.

  • 3–7 years of total working experience.

  • Prior experience working on banking projects is mandatory.

  • Experience in Banking Operations, Client Onboarding, Client Servicing, Account Operations, or Financial Services.

  • Strong client-facing, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

  • Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook).

  • Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to delivering quality client service.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting banking migration, transformation, or onboarding projects.

  • Knowledge of Commercial Banking, Treasury Services, Cash Management, or Payment Operations.

  • Experience coordinating with cross-functional teams.

  • Familiarity with banking regulatory and compliance requirements.

Employment Details

  • Employment Type: Fixed Term Employee

  • Contract Duration: 5 months (High possibility of extension)

  • Work Arrangement: Fully Onsite (5 days per week)
