General Summary of Responsibilities

• Assist the Building Manager in ensuring smooth operation and effective management of the estate
• Supervise the technicians and service providers working in the building

Specific Job Requirements

• Autodesk Revit
• BIM (Building Information Modelling)
• Microsoft Project
• KNIME & Tableau (Data Analysis
• Building Systems (HVAC & Fire Safety)
• SAP and Ariba
• Green Mark & Environmental Compliance
• Workplace Safety & Health (WSH) Knowledge

(i) Update SP list;

(ii) Update change of address;

(iii) Update master list.

• Conduct regular inspection on the building and maintain defect list
• Assist the Centre Manager in supervising all workers and service providers working in the building
• Collect administration fee / renovation fee / security pass
• Coordinating with contractors, vendors, and service providers
• Ensuring compliance with legal and safety regulations
