Cook

Salary: S$3,000 – S$5,500 per month

Roles & Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook food according to company recipes and operational requirements.
• Carry out food preparation, cutting, portioning and cooking.
• Maintain food quality, consistency and presentation standards.
• Assist with stock preparation, receiving and inventory control.
• Maintain kitchen cleanliness and comply with food hygiene and safety standards.
• Support the daily operations of the food stall and kitchen.
• May be assigned to different food stalls or outlets operated by the company according to operational requirements.
• Perform other reasonable kitchen duties assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements

• Relevant kitchen or cooking experience preferred.
• Knowledge of basic food preparation, food hygiene and kitchen operations.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Able to work shifts, weekends and public holidays where required.
