Quantity Surveyor

Prepare cost estimates, budgets, and tender documents for construction projects.

Review drawings, specifications, and contract documents to determine project requirements.

Prepare Bills of Quantities (BQ) and material quantity take-offs.

Obtain and evaluate quotations from suppliers and subcontractors.

Assist in tender pricing, cost analysis, and tender submissions.
Monitor and control project costs and expenditure throughout the project.

Prepare and submit progress claims and payment applications.

Evaluate and certify subcontractor and supplier claims/invoices.

Handle variations, additional works, and change orders, including pricing and documentation.

Prepare cost reports and forecasts for management and project teams.

Assist in contract administration, including compliance with contractual requirements.

Monitor project budgets and identify potential cost overruns or savings.
