On-Ground Events Coordinator

Where you start: 🌱 no events experience, decent instincts, willing to learn.
Weeks 1–4: 👥 1-on-1 mentorship. Learning the floor, the run sheet, the rhythm of a live roadshow.
Months 2–3: 📣 Running sections yourself. Coordinating people, timelines and the bits that inevitably go wrong.
Months 4–6: 🧭 Leading crew. Solving problems on the spot. Owning outcomes.
Beyond: 🚀 Management track, ✈️ travel as activations go regional, and a portfolio of events you can actually point to.
Throughout: 💸 incentives and performance bonuses, 🤝 team outings, and clients spanning telecommunications, consumer services and the non-profit sector — so no two campaigns look the same.
