Responsibilities

Sales & Business

• Work towards achieving individual and team sales targets consistently
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable solutions to meet those needs
• Support business expansion and market growth initiatives through proactive sales efforts

Marketing & Branding

• Increase brand awareness and market presence through targeted marketing activities
• Represent established brands and organizations professionally in all customer interactions
• Execute face-to-face marketing campaigns to engage potential customers directly
• Promote brands by communicating key messages effectively to diverse audiences
• Introduce marketing campaigns to new target audiences to broaden reach
• Gather customer feedback and market insights to inform marketing strategies
• Support marketing events and roadshows to enhance brand visibility

People & Communication

• Engage and communicate effectively with different types of customers to build rapport
