Contract Human Resource Executive (Entry Level, North) #HAC

1. Provide HR operations support

2. Provide administrative and operational support to HR team members in day-to-day activities.

   Assist in the administration of: Appraisal process, Organization & Headcount, Leave & benefits, HR events

   Raise HR payment in Accounting system

3. HR System operations support

4. Support the implementation and operational activities of the HR System Project.

   Assist in HR data preparation, cleansing, validation, and migration activities.

   Support system verification, testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT).

   Maintain project documentation, test scripts, issue logs, and user guides.

   Provide first-level support during system go-live and hypercare periods.

   Assist in user training, communication activities.

5. Adhoc operations support

6. Coordinate project meetings, workshops, and testing sessions.

   Track project progress, action items, and follow-up activities.

   Ensure proper documentation and filing of project-related materials.

   Support ad-hoc HR projects and process improvement initiatives as assigned.

Requirement

• Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and SharePoint.
• Added advantage with AI, Power automation tools skills
