Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated Sales Representative with an engineering background to drive business growth by identifying opportunities, delivering tailored technical solutions, and collaborating with teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the engineering sector to expand market presence
• Build and sustain strong customer relationships by understanding client needs and delivering tailored solutions
• Analyze technical specifications and communicate appropriate engineering solutions clearly to customers
• Prepare accurate quotations, negotiate contract terms, and close sales deals to meet revenue targets
• Collaborate closely with internal engineering and production teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Engineering or related field
• Proven sales experience, preferably in engineering or manufacturing industries
• Strong communication and negotiation skills demonstrated through successful deal closures
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications accurately
• Self-driven, results-oriented, and customer-focused mindset
• Possession of a valid driving license is preferred
