Textile Machinery Mechanic

Job Description:
Maintain, repair, and troubleshoot textile manufacturing machinery and equipment to ensure reliable and efficient factory operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine inspection, servicing, and maintenance of textile machinery.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical and operational faults.
• Maintain sewing machines, cutting machines, pressing equipment, and other textile machinery.
• Conduct preventive maintenance to minimize equipment downtime.
• Replace worn or defective machine components.
• Adjust and calibrate machinery for proper operation.
• Respond to machine breakdowns and carry out necessary repairs.
• Maintain records of maintenance, repairs, and replacement parts.
• Ensure machinery is operated and maintained in accordance with safety procedures.
