Available position (Full-time): Architectural Finishes Manager

• Oversee daily operations for architectural finishing projects, including painting, coating and decorative finishing works.
  
• Plan and coordinate project schedules, manpower, materials, subcontractors and site activities to ensure timely completion.
  
• Develop painting concepts, colour schemes and finish specifications based on client requirements and project designs.
  
• Monitor site progress, workmanship, safety and quality to ensure compliance with approved designs and industry standards.
  
• Liaise with clients, consultants, contractors and suppliers, while managing project budgets, variations and issue resolution.
