Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the daily operations of one or more commercial car parks, ensuring smooth traffic flow, cleanliness, safety, signage, lighting and overall operational standards.
  • Monitor the performance and availability of parking systems, including entry and exit equipment, payment systems and related infrastructure.
  • Manage parking operations, including season parking administration, hourly parking, promotions and other parking-related services.
  • Prepare and review operational and financial reports, monitor performance trends, and investigate discrepancies where required.
  • Recommend initiatives to improve operational efficiency, customer experience and revenue performance.
  • Coordinate preventive maintenance and rectification works with contractors and service providers to minimise operational downtime.
  • Manage vendor performance, service contracts and maintenance schedules to ensure service standards are achieved.
  • Handle customer enquiries, escalated feedback and operational incidents in a timely and professional manner.
  • Develop, review and maintain operational procedures and documentation.
  • Support annual budgeting, cost monitoring and forecasting for car park operations.
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth day-to-day operations and successful delivery of improvement projects.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant safety, operational and regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of experience managing commercial car park operations or multiple car park sites.
  • Experience in parking operations, parking systems or revenue management within a commercial environment.
  • Familiar with contractor management, service contracts and facilities maintenance.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret operational or financial data.
  • Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Able to work independently while collaborating effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Fire Safety Manager certification or equivalent will be an advantage.
