Health Specialist (Commission based)

Probation Salary: Basic$1600 - $2200

After Probation: Full Commission based (Up to $6000 - $8000)
Work location: Islandwide
Working days & hours: Based on schedule

Key Responsibilities:

- Working directly with clients as their primary Health Specialist, delivering personalised training sessions and health coaching at the client's location
-Building and maintaining strong client relationships grounded in trust, attentiveness, and care
-Upholding the standard of service across every client interaction
-Contributing to client retention and the overall experience of working with our company

Requirements:

-No prior fitness or training experience required as full in-house training is provided
-At least 1 year of experience as a trainer or in the fitness industry
