Site Supervisor

Job Description & Requirements

• Supervise daily site operations and ensure all works are carried out according to project schedule and specifications.
• Monitor workers’ performance and coordinate subcontractors to ensure smooth site progress.
• Conduct daily site inspections to ensure compliance with Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) regulations.
• Identify potential safety hazards and implement corrective and preventive measures.
• Ensure all workers wear the required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and follow safe work procedures.
• Coordinate with project managers, clients, consultants and relevant authorities on site matters.
• Prepare daily site reports, safety records and other required documentation.
• Attend site meetings and assist in resolving technical and operational issues.
• Ensure good housekeeping and maintain a safe working environment at all times.
