Assistant Director, Business Development

Key Responsibilities

• Work closely with management to design, implement, and oversee overall business development strategies
• Analyze designated market situations and provide recommendations for business opportunities, and identify potential market segments for further acquisition
• Plan and execute marketing strategies for designated markets and audience
• Provide feedback and update Admin on operational changes to ensure SOP/GP in accordance to company policies and procedures, and comply with regulatory requirements
• Coordinate with other Business Units on all business-related projects, e.g. events, promotions and training for all team members
• Hosting of guests, attend to their needs and gather feedback to ensure excellent service standards are met
• Review manpower planning, coaching and mentoring of team members’ performance which includes daily and long-term operations
• Oversee and manage daily operations in designated areas
• Management of credit lines and collection
• Responsible for regional sales performance

Requirements

• Degree / Diploma in Business or related field with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Minimum 7 years of business development experience in Gaming industry, with proven track records in acquisition of high net-worth customers
• Willing to work rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays
