Job Scope

• Provide receptionist and front-counter support

• Attend to patients and handle general enquiries professionally

• Perform accurate clinical data entry into the computer system

• Assist with basic patient care where required

• Maintain proper filing and patient documentation

• Coordinate patient appointments and scheduling

• Liaise with insurance companies and assist with payment arrangements

• Support the clinic's day-to-day administrative operations

• Perform other duties as directed by the Clinic Manager or Doctor

Requirements

• Prior experience in hospitality, customer service, or service-oriented environments

is advantageous

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Pleasant and professional service manner
• Well-spoken and confident when interacting with patients

• Good computer and administrative skills

• Customer-service oriented and able to work in a fast-paced clinic environment

• Candidates with relevant clinic or healthcare experience will be advantageous
